"Feels like too much babysitting for a treadmill"
I bought a Horizon treadmill thinking it would be a easy setup for home workouts, but the upkeep has been more than I expected. I knew there would be some basic maintenance, but having to keep checking the belt, lube it, and then deal with it making noise after only a few months? Make it make sense.
Customer support was fine, nothing terrible, but I still ended up having to handle a lot of it myself. For what I paid, I really thought it would run smoother and not feel like another chore on my list.
"Bluetooth has been a hassle"
The bike itself works fine, but the Bluetooth has been frustrating. I’ve tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and made sure it wasn’t just my phone, but it keeps dropping and then takes forever to pair again. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more reliable, especially since I don’t want to spend half my workout messing with the connection
"The bike’s fine, but the app is driving me nuts"
The bike itself works well enough, but the app is so frustrating. It constantly drops the connection or won’t connect properly in the first place, and it turns what should be a simple ride into a headache. I shouldn’t have to fight with the app every time I want to use the bike

"I’ve had my Horizon treadmill for..."
I’ve had my Horizon treadmill for about a year now, and it’s been really dependable. It still runs smoothly, the belt hasn’t drifted, and I haven’t noticed any strange noises or anything concerning. The console did freeze on me once, but I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it’s been fine since. My only real complaint is the setup process, which was more frustrating than I expected. Still, now that it’s up and working, I’m genuinely glad I bought it, it’s been nice having something I can count on at home

"Ordering was fine, just a little clunky"
The website was mostly easy enough to use, but the checkout part felt kind of slow and I ended up checking my cart twice because I wasn’t totally sure everything was still right, but the order did go through in the end and nothing major went wrong, so overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience...
"Took forever to get together"
This was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions was confusing, and some of the screws doesn’t line up right at all. I ended up walking away from it twice before finally trying again
"I haven’t had it long and the motor..."
I haven’t had it long and the motor is already stalling out. It feels weak and unreliable, which is disappointing. it doesn’t seem right to sell something that can’t handle basic use without cutting out.

"Mine showed up damaged, which was really frustrating"
I was disappointed when my treadmill arrived. The box was all beat up, and once I opened it, I found a cracked cover and a bent piece on the frame. Maybe I just got unlucky, but dealing with it has been a total headache so far. Not the experience I was hoping for at all

"Every time I reached out to support, the..."
Every time I reached out to support, the replies were really slow. I felt like I had to keep checking back and putting in way more effort than I should’ve just to get a simple response.

"Delivery took longer than it should have"
I’ve been waiting for over two weeks now, and it’s getting frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it feels like this should’ve been handled or communicated a bit better by now.

"The parts are never, ever in stock"
I just needed a simple belt, nothing fancy, but of course it’s backordered and feels like it’s going to be that way forever. I contacted support, and they couldn’t really tell me when it would be available, just the same vague answers. Super frustrating, frustrating experience.

"I’d give this 5 stars mainly because of..."
I’d give this 5 stars mainly because of the console. It’s really straightforward, the buttons actually make sense, and I can adjust the speed or incline without having to overthink it. Even when I’m running, the screen is easy enough to see. My sister tried it too and figured it out right away. It took me maybe 5 minutes to get comfortable with everything, so there’s really no big learning curve.

"Honestly a Lifesaver for My Tiny Workout Corner"
I got this Horizon treadmill because my workout space at home is basically the size of a postage stamp, and I was desperate for something that wouldn’t take over my entire life. It folds up easily and somehow fits into the corner way better than I thought it would, which felt like a small miracle. It’s still a little heavy to move around, so it’s not totally effortless, but compared to my old treadmill, this one is about a thousand times less annoying. Overall, I’m really happy with it

"Incline gave up way too soon"
The incline has already stopped working properly. Impressive, considering that was one of the main reasons I bought it

"I had a disappointing experience..."
I had a disappointing experience trying to get warranty help. It felt like it took around a couple of weeks just to get anywhere, and I had to keep waiting for updates. I get that things can take time, but the whole process was slower than I expected.

"Smooth, sturdy, and easy to use"
I’ve had my Horizon treadmill for a few weeks now, it’s been a really good fit for my morning routine. The belt runs smoothly, the motor is quieter than I expected, and it doesn’t feel wobbly when I pick up the pace, which makes it feel more dependable to me.
The controls are simple and easy to figure out, so I’m not messing around with buttons when I just want to get started. So far, I haven’t had any issues, and my impression is that it feels solid and well-made for regular home use. I’m really happy with it.

"I’ve been using the Horizon elliptical for..."
I’ve been using the Horizon elliptical for about a month now, mostly for regular at-home workouts, and overall I’ve been happy with it. It runs smoothly, the stride feels comfortable and natural, and it doesn’t have that awkward choppy feeling some ellipticals can have. I also like that it’s not overly loud, even when I pick up the pace a bit, so I can still watch TV or listen to music without having to crank the volume way up.
The main downsides are minor, but worth mentioning. The screen is definitely on the basic side, so if you’re expecting something super high-tech or fancy, this probably isn’t that. Setup also took longer than I thought it would, and I had to be a little patient with it. But once it was put together, it worked well, felt sturdy enough, and has been a solid option for getting workouts in at home without needing to go to the gym.
"Refund took a little while, but it got handled"
I had to send my order back, and yeah, the refund wasn’t instant, which was a bit annoying. It took a few days longer than I was expecting, but support did get back to me and the money showed up on my card in the end. I know some people might make a big deal out of that, but it wasn’t like they ignored me or anything. Not perfect, but it was handled fairly enough.

"Started creaking sooner than I expected"
I wanted to like this, but the frame started creaking early on, which made it feel a little cheap to me. It’s not like it completely fell apart or anything, but every time I moved or adjusted it, I’d hear that creaky sound, and it just made me question how sturdy it really was. Maybe it’s fine for light use, but based on my experience, it doesn’t feel as solid or well-built as I was hoping
"Belt is uncomfortable for the price"
The treadmill itself works fine, but the belt has been disappointing. It feels rough and hard under my feet, and it’s a bit too narrow for longer walks, so it gets uncomfortable quicker than I expected. For what I paid, I thought it would feel a lot better. I really wish I had tried it in person first, and I’m hoping the company can offer some kind of compensation or solution because this isn’t quite what I expected.
